The auction house, which is also a licensed New York real estate brokerage, was hired by the property owner to exclusively manage the sale.

Located in the east end of the coveted community of Fire Island Pines, the property boasts an oversized lot of nearly 0.44 acres, with 60 ft of direct frontage on the Atlantic Ocean. The residence underwent a complete, down-to-the-studs renovation that was completed in late 2024, and is move-in ready for a new owner.
