ASHFORD HOSPITALITY TRUST ANNOUNCES PRELIMINARY FIRST QUARTER 2025 RESULTS

DALLAS, April 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. AHT (“Ashford Trust” or the “Company”) reported today that the Company expects to report Occupancy of approximately 68% for the first quarter of 2025 with Average Daily Rate of approximately $196 resulting in RevPAR of approximately $133. This Comparable RevPAR reflects an approximate increase of 3.2% compared to the first quarter of 2024.

Additionally, for the month of January 2025, Comparable RevPAR increased approximately 3.8% versus January 2024. For the month of February 2025, Comparable RevPAR increased approximately 4.3% versus February 2024. For the month of March 2025, Comparable RevPAR increased approximately 1.9% versus March 2024.
